Our fees are the same across Louisiana and Mississippi. The prices below are starting prices. Your final quote depends on the type of search and the property, and if a search will cost more, we'll let you know before we start.
Alabama, Tennessee and Arkansas: please contact us for a quote. The $50 quote fee applies and is deducted from your search fee when you order.

Rush service
Need it sooner? We offer rush service:
- $25 for Update and Current Owner searches
- $50 for 10-Year through Full searches
Turnaround
- Title updates: typically 24 to 48 hours
- Other searches: typically 24 to 72 hours
Good to know
- Copy fees are extra: $1 per page ($2 per page in a few parishes).
- Judgment / Lien and Open Mortgage searches are +$10 per for each additional owner searched ba
- Mileage, when applicable, is billed at the current federal mileage rate.
- More involved or commercial searches may cost more, and we'll tell you before we start.
- A 10.5% Louisiana sales tax is added to all prices.
- All quote requests require a $50 quote fee, which we deduct from your search fee when you place the order.
Payment and delivery
We accept ACH, credit and debit cards, checks, and PayPal. Completed orders are emailed to you from orders@lahomeabstract.com.
Attorney opinions are available upon request.
